With your contribution to Annual Giving, Iolani continues its mission by sending graduates into the community as productive, caring, contributing citizens. Your donation lasts a lifetime.
Annual Giving is the gift you make annually to Iolani, usually without restriction. It is the primary source of contributed funds for the school's programs and operational expenses. Your yearly gift enables Iolani to function and maintain its high standards of excellence.
Our current Annual Giving year began on July 1, 2007 and ends on June 30, 2008.

What is the Annual Fund at Iolani School?
Tuition covers only 68% of the cost of educating each child. We make up the balance through income from our endowment and through contributions from our constituents. The fund's unrestricted nature allows Iolani to apply donations to best suit the school's needs.
Why is the Annual Fund important?
The proceeds from the annual Fund go to the school's operating budget and are used immediately. They support many qualities that make Iolani extraordinary - including a diverse student body, wonderfully accomplished faculty, a dynamic curriculum, extensive library resources, and advanced computer technologies.
Can I direct my gift to a specific program?
Although the unrestricted fund allows Iolani to apply donations to where it is needed, you may designate which fund you would like your gift to apply.
Endowment? Scholarship? Other funds?
